MECHANICAL PERMIT APPLICATION

Note: An electrical reconnection fee of $30 is required. The fee covers a furnace, or A/C, or a furnace-A/C combo reconnect inspection.
Elec Reconnect is on the mechanical application; do not submit an electrical permit unless there is a new or altered connectiion.
